What services do you offer?
We provide comprehensive homeschool academic support for learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12, including:
- Daily supervised study in a structured environment
- Subject guidance and academic support
- Extra tutoring (individual and small group)
- Grade 12 rewrite preparation programmes
- Study method workshops (time management, memory techniques, exam strategies)
- Test and exam preparation support
- Subject-specific summaries and study material for all subjects (Grades 1–12)
- Progress monitoring and feedback
All of our services and resources are also available to external clients and can be accessed individually or as part of customised academic support packages.
What curriculum do you use?
We follow a CAPS-aligned curriculum supported by structured workbooks, task files, and assessments that align with what learners are taught at the centre. Learners may also be registered with an external curriculum provider if preferred.
Are there any fees?
Yes, NeuroEduCare offers a structured support programme with associated fees. Please get in touch with us for a detailed breakdown tailored to your child’s needs.
Is NeuroEduCare a registered school?
No, NeuroEduCare is a homeschool support centre. Parents remain responsible for registering their child for homeschooling with the Department of Education where required.
What is the age range for students?
We support learners from Grade 1 to Grade 12.
How do I enroll my child?
You can enrol by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We will guide you through the registration process and confirm space availability.
How big are your classes?
We work with small, structured groups to ensure each learner receives individual attention and support.
Will I receive progress reports?
Yes, progress reports are provided, and formal report cards are typically released on the first Friday of each new term. Or directly from the SACAI-curriculum providers for Gr 10-12.
How can I communicate with the centre?
We encourage open communication. Parents are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
What are your operating hours?
We are open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 12:00.
Where are you located?
We are based in Witbank (Emalahleni), Mpumalanga.
How do assessments and exams work?
All tests and exams (except the final Grade 12 exam) are written at our centre under supervised conditions. We are certified SACAI invigilators. Final Grade 12 exams are written at an external SACAI examination centre nearby.
What if my child needs extra help?
We provide additional academic support, guided revision, and targeted assistance to help learners improve understanding, confidence, and results.
Can I change my course or curriculum later?
Yes, changes can be made depending on your child’s needs and academic progress. We will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
Can my child join mid-term?
Yes, depending on availability. We will assess your child’s current progress and assist with a smooth integration into the programme.
Do you offer exam preparation support?
Yes, we provide focused exam preparation, revision sessions, and structured guidance to help learners perform at their best.
Are there any scholarships available?
At this stage, we do not offer formal scholarships. However, we are always open to discussing individual circumstances where possible.
